Drive Icon Changer is a free portable tool that allows you to change your drive icons in Windows 7 with ease.How to use: Run the tool as administrator.
In any case, it's nothing to worry about. Windows stores icon information for your drive in a hidden file called “autorun.inf” which resides in the root folder of yourdrive. To see it, you will need to have the “Show hidden files, folders and drives” option selected in your Folder Options.
